Barry Knapp’s team were very punctual and fully prepared by their v helpful boss. They arrived a few minutes early at a tricky location. They were cheerful, quick and had a solution for every little thing. Even with the best preparation for a difficult lift there are usually unforeseens on the day. This team worked together like clockwork and lifted two extra items to oblige a slightly awkward customer (not me!). They were courteous and professional throughout. Also they came in at the best price I could find after calling 8 companies around central London. A good morning’s work and, overall, a literally spectacular performance.

Total Lifting Services Limited are by far the best crane company I have used to date. Barry and the team are amazing, always there to help and we have had the smoothest lifts since we started using them. I would highly recommend using Total Lifting Services whether a standard crane hire or more complex lifts with APs. I wouldn’t use anyone else now.

Communication with Total lifting was spot on. Quick replies to emails and answering any questions /concerns I had with the greatest of reassurance. Competitive prices. Turned up promptly and the lift of the hot tub was smooth and uneventful thankfully, but that was due to the skill and competence of the operator. Can’t recommend enough - thanks.

Heroes! - We encountered a problem getting a hot tub down the side access. Our 24 year old daughter had a party the following day and the hot tub was part of her plans. Tony from Total Lifting arrived within half an hour and with efficiency and care resolved the situation. What I truly appreciated was the fairness cost-wise. Your company knew I was desperate and could easily have taken advantage. They didn’t and for that I’m truly grateful. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the service I received both over the phone and on the day of using the crane. I contacted Total Lifting in the late afternoon to get a price for a crane to lift a hot tub over my house. They gave me a very good price and were able to do it the following morning. The driver arrived well on time and was very friendly. He was very efficient and carried out exactly what was needed. I would recommend Total Lifting to anyone that said they need a crane for whatever reason.

Total Lifting were amazing throughout this job. It was for our family home and we needed three skylights lifted. Their communication was wonderful and it wasn't a problem when we had to change dates [because the skylights were delayed twice]. On the day, the job went so smoothly and professionally. I don't usually leave reviews, but was so impressed that I felt I must do so!

Total Lifting were totally professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. We needed to lift a hot tub over a two storey house, which obviously required all the safeguards to avoid any issues. The guys were brilliant and so calm and capable and came with top-notch equipment. Explained everything as it happened and completed the job with no dramas whatsoever. Well worth the money for that security and peace of mind.

Great all around! Thank you all for making this easier than I thought it would be! (although watching a 1.8T beam being lifted over your house is not fun!).
